The flexion valve of the powerful double-chamber pneumatic system is adjusted so that it can immediately adapt to a faster gait. The quick ventilation of the flexion chamber ensures that you can make smooth extension movements even when your gait is more dynamic. For you as a user, the expanded range of walking speeds means more flexibility in everyday life.

Individual adjustment options

Joint extension and flexion can be individually and separately adjusted by your O&P professional via two valve openings, “E” and “F”.

Servo-pneumatic control

The 3R106 Pro knee joint is equipped with sophisticated servo-pneumatic swing phase control that immediately adapts when you switch to a faster gait.

Needle roller bearing technology

The 3R106 Pro knee joint prosthesis features robust and durable needle roller bearing technology that ensures effortless ground compliance.

Large maximum flexion angle

The high 175° flexion angle not only gives you greater freedom of movement, but also makes it easier to kneel comfortably in particular.

Robust and solid design

The solid joint design can handle loads of up to 125 kg and can be used to fit all amputation levels. It has an attractive look thanks to its low system height – especially while sitting.
