Train with us to stay fit and healthy

Welcome to our fitness workouts! In March 2020 we were all surprised with a new reality and a new everyday life. We could no longer train with our therapists in a fitness studio, but had to maintain our health and fitness at home. That’s the reason why we decided to organize live workouts with a physiotherapist and an user on the Passion for Paralympics Facebook channel and on our Ottobock YouTube channel for you. All workouts below are designed for upper limb amputees but are relevant for all people, with or without amputation. We all need a strong upper body right? So let’s do this:

Mobilisation/ Coordination/ Balance

Day 1 In this training session Birgit and Martin will show you different fitness exercises focusing on the upper body mobilisation, coordination and balance. No equipment is needed.

Upper Limb Core Stability Workout

Day 2 In this training session Birgit and Martin will show you different fitness exercises focusing on the upper body core stability. No fitness equipment is needed.

Upper Limb Back and Shoulder Workout

Day 3 In this training session Birgit and Martin will show you different fitness exercises focusing on the the back, the spine and shoulders. Equipment: bring a ball or water bottle with you.
